I utilize a basket full of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress and management, increasing self-worth, mind/body connection,  communication improvement, mood management, anxiety reduction, and an overall advocate of self-care and work/life balance.

HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING

I received my Health and Wellness Certification through Dr. Sears Health and Wellness Institute. I utilize techniques that include pantry makeovers, creating a healthy eating grocery list and assist in identifying red light, yellow light, and green light foods.
